2-4 Players | Ages 8+ | 15-30 mins

Tiny Terminal is a 24 card game that puts each player in control of their own airline. You need to load as many passengers as possible onto aircraft and transport them without competitors swooping in to depart the aircraft before you. Can you transport the most passengers and become the most successful airline?

COMPONENTS

Included in the download:

  • Instruction booklet
  • 3 – terminal cards
  • 9 – aircraft cards
  • 6 – aircraft departure cards
  • 6 – special ability cards

Needing to be supplied by player:

  • 45 – passenger tokens (small cubes work best)

Setup

  • Lay out the terminal cards so they are connected [1-2 players = 2 cards (4 gates) / 3-4 players = 3 cards (6 gates)]
  • Place the passengers on the terminal cards (15 pax per terminal card)
  • Shuffle the aircraft, departure and special ability cards together and deal 2 to each player. Place the remaining cards face down as the draw deck.

Gameplay

The aim of the game is to be the carrier (player) who transports the most passengers. On your turn you can do one of three actions:

  1. Draw one card, then choose one of the cards in your hand to discard (you cannot pick up from the discard pile).
  2. Play one card – either:
  • place an aircraft card at a gate that doesn’t currently have an aircraft parked at it and load one passenger token onto it OR
  • play a departure card that matches one of the aircraft that is parked at a gate and claim all the passengers on that aircraft to add to the total number of passengers you have transported (the aircraft can still depart even if it is not full of passengers).
  • Make sure to pick up a new card from the deck to replace the one played.
  1. Load a passenger onto an aircraft parked at a gate – you can only load a passenger if there is enough available seats on the aircraft.

At the end of your turn you should have 2 cards in your hand.

Play should continue clockwise and the game ends once all passengers have departed on a flight. Each player should count the number of passengers they have transported – the player who has transported the most is the winner.
